Welcome to the MarioLegend Arcade Zone ("the Arcade", "we") at arcade.mariolegend.com. By playing, as a guest or with an account, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please give them a minute. How we handle your information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

Who can play

• Anyone can play as a guest.
• Signing in with Google is for people 13 and older. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is OK with you having an account.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your Google account secure.

Tokens, tickets and prizes

• Tokens, tickets, coin skins, titles and vault items are virtual items for fun inside the Arcade. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or real goods, and can't be sold, traded or transferred to anyone else.
• Guest tokens, tickets and prizes are stored only in your browser and reset every day.
• We may adjust prices, payouts, prizes and games over time to keep the Arcade fun and fair. We may also reset or correct balances that resulted from a bug or error.
• The 25¢ shown on machines is part of the arcade theme. Tokens cost nothing today. If paid tokens are ever offered, those purchases will come with their own clear terms before anyone can buy.

Play fair

Please don't:

• cheat, use bots or scripts, or tamper with scores, tokens or tickets
• exploit bugs (if you find one, tell us; we appreciate it)
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the Arcade, its servers or other players' accounts
• use the Arcade for anything illegal or to harass anyone

If we see this kind of activity, we may remove ill-gotten tokens, tickets or prizes, reset progress, or suspend or close the account involved.

The games

• Some games open from other sites, such as darkzeta.com, mariolegend.com and replit.app. Their content and availability may change, and those sites' own terms apply while you play them.
• The Premiere Room shows new MarioLegend games first. Release dates and what's shown there can change.

Our content

The Arcade, its games, characters (including Jerry), artwork, music, logos and the MarioLegend, Dark Zeta and GridXross names belong to MarioLegend and its creator. Vault items you unlock, such as cover art, are for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, for example as a wallpaper. Please don't resell them or present them as your own work.

Availability and changes

• The Arcade is a growing project and is provided "as is". Features may change, move or be removed, and the Arcade may sometimes be offline for updates.
• We may update these terms as the Arcade grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Arcade is offered without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses, lost progress, lost virtual items, or problems caused by third-party sites or services. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Ending things

You can stop playing at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Virtual items on a closed account are lost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
